As we expand, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager with deep, proven experience in sweepstakes social casinos to lead our affiliate strategy and accelerate user acquisition through high-value partnerships.

Candidates without verifiable sweepstakes experience will not be considered for this role.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the affiliate marketing strategy for our sweepstakes casino brands from the ground up.
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates, with a focus on U.S.-compliant and ROI-driven partners.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners through consistent communication, support, and incentivization.
Analyze affiliate campaign data to evaluate partner performance, optimize traffic sources, and improve conversion rates.
Negotiate competitive yet sustainable CPA, revenue share, and hybrid deals to maximize player acquisition and ROI.
Ensure all affiliate marketing practices comply with sweepstakes regulations and platform-specific ad policies (e.g., Meta, Google).
Monitor affiliate compliance, brand alignment, and responsible marketing practices to mitigate risk.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, CRM, legal, and finance teams to align affiliate activities with company goals.
Stay up to date with iGaming industry trends, regulatory shifts, and evolving affiliate marketing tactics in the U.S. and beyond.

What We’re Looking For

Proven, hands-on experience in affiliate marketing for sweepstakes social casinos — this is absolutely mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years managing affiliate programs within iGaming, with demonstrated performance results.
A strong network of iGaming and sweepstakes affiliates, partners, media buyers, and influencers.
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, Income Access, Partnerize, or similar).
Ability to structure, negotiate, and manage complex commission and performance-based agreements.
Deep understanding of U.S. sweepstakes regulations and digital ad policies to ensure compliance.
Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on player LTV, ROI, and channel profitability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced remote work environment.
